Being In the Flow - The Power of Synchronicity

Synchronicity has become a trendy catchword but what exactly is it and how do you experience more of it?

Synchronicity (German: Synchronizität) is a concept, first introduced by analytical psychologist Carl Jung, which holds that events are "meaningful coincidences" if they occur with no causal relationship yet seem to be meaningfully related.

Synchronicity is always a powerful validation that life (or some higher intelligence) is supporting you on your journey.

When you experience synchronicity it often feels magical and leaves others around you wondering how you got so "lucky".

The truth is that synchronicity is a natural phenomena that we should all be experiencing on a daily basis.

It is not the presence of synchronicity that should astound us but the absence of it.

When we feel surprised by synchronicity it is a sign of just how disconnected we have been for we should be expecting synchronicity on a daily basis.

So this raises the question "Why is synchronicity not a common occurrence for most of us?"

If synchronicity is indeed the natural flow of life then why is it so rare for most people to experience?

The short answer is that most people are resisting life.

We all have at our disposal intuitive powers that are mind blowing to most people.

That is exactly why these people resist their intuition and as a result miss out on much of the synchronicity that they would otherwise experience.

The mind likes to be in control but you cannot control life.

To maximize your life experience you want to flow with life and allow yourself to experience all of the wonderful blessings that life has for you.

In order to have this experience you need to trust life fully. You need to be willing to relinquish control and trust life to support you.

Whenever we are able to do this we are blessed beyond measure.

When we try to control life we invariable experience frustration and disappointment.

Do you have the courage to flow with life today?

In Love and Gratitude,
Antonia Ruhl
