What is Shamanic Healing?
Shamanic healing can take many forms from soul retrieval to shamanic journeys and herbal remedies.
What is common in all shamanic healings is that the shaman accesses the spirit world to discover the most appropriate form of healing for the client.
This can involve communication with Spirit Guides, communication with the client's Soul or communicating directly with Source.
In shamanic tradition all illness is the result of some sort of spiritual imbalance. Shamanic healing is always designed to restore balance.
The modality used to achieve the outcome can vary significantly. Sometimes the shaman is guided to use herbal remedies, sometimes to use trance work or at other times the healing may involve energetic rebalancing.
No two shamanic healings are ever the same and the shaman does not know what the healing will involve prior to the session.
As the shaman accesses spiritual wisdom she is guided to the appropriate modality to utilize at this point in time.
Shamanic healing can take place in a one-on-one session or it can take place in a group scenario.
In a group session shamanic healing often takes the form of a shamanic journey.
While the modalities utilized may vary, the desire outcome is always the same - a greater degree of balance and integration, resulting in improved health and happiness.
